When is the festival?

Where is the festival?

Nightfall Ridge, 550 Reynolds Rd, Union, West Virginia 24983. Deep in the Appalachian mountains — exactly where a festival like this belongs.

How do I get there?

Set your GPS to 550 Reynolds Rd, Union, WV 24983. It's rural West Virginia, so cell service gets spotty as you get close. Download your directions before you lose signal. Trust the GPS, enjoy the winding roads, and follow signage once you're near the venue.

What are the ticket options and prices?

  • Early Bird Weekend Pass — $55.55 (limited quantity)

  • GA Weekend Pass — $100 (basic entry for the full weekend)

  • VIP Weekend Pass — $222

  • Single Day Pass — $50 (Friday or Saturday)

  • Tent Camping Add-on — $20

  • Car Camping Add-on — $50

  • RV Camping Add-on — $100

Is camping included with my ticket?

No — camping is a separate add-on. Choose from tent ($20), car ($50), or RV ($100) camping when you purchase your ticket.

What types of camping are available?

We offer three tiers: Tent Camping ($20), Car Camping ($50), and RV Camping ($100). Each option gives you a designated spot at Nightfall Ridge for the duration of the festival. See the Camping Info page for full details.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes! Bring your own food and non-glass beverages. No glass containers allowed on the grounds. Vendors will also be on site with food and merch throughout the weekend.

Is alcohol allowed?

There will be no alcohol sales at the event. More details on the BYOB policy are coming soon — stay tuned to our site and socials for updates.

What should I bring?

  • Tent and camping gear (if camping)

  • Weather-appropriate clothing and layers

  • Flashlight or headlamp

  • Blankets and sleeping bag

  • Lawn chairs

  • Sunscreen and bug spray

  • Cash for vendors

  • Good vibes (mandatory)

Is there parking?

Yes — free general parking is available for all ticket holders. Car camping and RV camping spots are separate paid add-ons with designated areas.

Are pets allowed?

TBD — check back for updates as we finalize our pet policy.

What's the refund policy?

All ticket sales are final. We may allow ticket transfers — details on that are TBD. Watch for updates on our website.

How do I become a vendor or volunteer?

We'd love to have you! Submit your vendor or volunteer application at 333musicandarts.com.

Is there cell service?

Limited. AT&T does get service on site. You're deep in rural West Virginia. Plan accordingly — download maps, playlists, and anything else you'll need before you arrive. Think of it as a feature, not a bug.

What about weather?

333 Music + Arts Festival: Rebirth is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be issued for weather. Pack layers, bring a rain jacket, and be ready for whatever the mountains throw at you.
